- Machine & Equipment Monitoring
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machines/equipment for uninterrupted production.
Allocate workforce effectively to maintain productivity and reduce downtime.
Ensure workplace safety guidelines and SOPs are followed by all employees.
- Inventory & Material Control
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate to avoid production delays.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
- Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily production reports, attendance, output records, and issue logs.
