Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Solar Industry to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets for solar products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for solar projects.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Promote and explain solar products and services to customers.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer details.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing.
- Industry Preference: Experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Any Degree / Diploma.
Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Salary will be based on experience and performance.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
