Job Title: Despatch Supervisor
Location: Ranihati Factory – Howrah [9am-7pm]
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily dispatches as per sales orders, delivery schedules, and priority
requirements.
Coordinate with Production and Stores teams for readiness of finished goods.
Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of materials.
Ensure correct quantity, model, size, and quality of goods dispatched.
Monitor dispatch timelines to avoid delays.
Negotiate and coordinate freight movement where required.
Ensure vehicle placement on time for loading.
Track dispatched vehicles till delivery completion.
Verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, gate passes, and dispatch
documents.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Higher Secondary with relevant experience.
2–5 years experience in dispatch / warehouse / logistics role, preferably in
manufacturing plant.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
