Maintenance Manager
Location: Godhi Village near Mandir Hasaud (On-site)

Experience Required: 8–12 Years
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a technically strong and responsible Maintenance Manager who can take complete ownership of plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted operation of machinery, utilities, and plant equipment.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, utility maintenance, and maintenance team management within a manufacturing environment. Candidates from various manufacturing industries are welcome to apply based on relevant practical exposure and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all plant machinery, utilities, and equipment
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Handle machine breakdowns efficiently and ensure quick corrective actions
- Monitor maintenance records, spare parts usage, and AMC schedules
- Coordinate with production, utility, and electrical teams for uninterrupted operations
- Ensure availability and proper planning of critical spare parts inventory
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors
- Maintain safety standards, discipline, and housekeeping within the department
- Support installation, shifting, and commissioning of machinery whenever required
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for machine efficiency and maintenance systems
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Practical and technically sound professional capable of independently handling routine and emergency maintenance activities
- Experience in continuous/process manufacturing industries such as:
- Solar
- Packaging
- Extrusion
- Plastic
- Chemical
- Textile
- Similar manufacturing/process industries
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, and plant maintenance operations effectively
