Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and versatile engineering professionals to join our proactive hiring pool. This comprehensive role covers multiple technical paths across the vehicle manufacturing and deployment lifecycle. Selected candidates will be cross-trained and deployed under core designations based on their qualifications and experience.Core Designations
Key Responsibilities
- Medium/Heavy Engine Build: Work specifically on Ashok Leyland's proprietary H-Series engines (commonly used in their major commercial trucks and buses).
- Core Assembly: Fit critical engine parts such as pistons, crankshafts, cylinder heads, camshafts, and fuel injection systems.
- Sub-Assembly Timing: Set and calibrate engine valve timing and gear trains required for medium-to-heavy commercial vehicle performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. (ITI certifications in Fitter/Machinist trades are accepted for operator paths).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in automotive shop-floor assembly, CNC machining, vehicle testing, dealership technical support, or heavy machinery field engineering. Freshers are welcome to apply
- Mobility: Readiness to travel to regional dealerships or client field sites as needed.
