- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within software development projects to ensure quality and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC), SAP S/4HANA Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and risk management within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to align with organizational policies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical security solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP GRC with other SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure comprehensive governance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to compliance and security within SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
