We are seeking experienced and target-driven professionals to join our Field Sales team and drive institutional business growth across Odisha.
Position Overview
The Senior Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting institutional meetings, presenting Vigor's products and solutions, negotiating commercial proposals, and closing sales. The role requires regular field visits, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to independently manage an assigned territory while achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with Principals, Directors, Trustees, School Management Committees, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of Vigor's digital education solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as per company guidelines.
- Negotiate with customers and close business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit daily field activity reports through the CRM.
- Coordinate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Follow up on pending quotations, proposals, and customer payments.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, educational events, seminars, and institutional meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, Educational Sales, IT Sales, Office Automation, or Business Development.
- Experience in EdTech, Educational Products, Office Automation, Electronics, or Institutional Sales will be preferred.
