Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store customer experience through attractive product displays and effective visual presentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, current retail trends, and customer buying behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement attractive in-store displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and campaign-based visual merchandising activities.
- Ensure products are displayed in an organized, visually appealing, and customer-friendly manner.
- Maintain visual standards across all store sections.
- Coordinate with store, marketing, and sales teams to execute merchandising plans.
- Monitor stock movement and optimize product placement to improve sales.
- Analyze customer preferences and market trends to enhance visual appeal.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Manage display materials, props, signage, and fixtures.
- Train store staff on maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Required Skills
- Strong creativity with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Good understanding of retail merchandising and customer behavior.
- Knowledge of display planning, space management, and store layouts.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with design tools is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Management, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail, lifestyle, fashion, jewelry, or related industries.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in showroom or retail visual merchandising.
- Up-to-date with current retail and visual merchandising trends.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
