Dream Medicine Educon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Study Abroad Counsellor (MBBS Abroad) to guide students aspiring to pursue MBBS in countries such as Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, and other destinations. The role involves counselling prospective students, converting enquiries into admissions, and providing end-to-end admission support.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad admission opportunities.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Explain university details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the documentation and admission team to ensure smooth processing.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing timely guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Study Abroad, Education Counselling, Admissions, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
