- Cinema-Grade Production: Script, storyboard, direct, and film premium video content using professional camera systems, lighting, and audio gear. [1]
- Mastery of the Hook: Architect psychologically engaging, high-retention intros and hooks specifically engineered to maximize watch time on digital platforms.
- Premium Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-end final products, including advanced color grading, sound design, and custom text overlays. [1]
- Professional Photography: Capture, compositionally frame, and retouch high-resolution commercial and lifestyle photography.
- Trend & Format Engineering: Translate industry trends into polished, high-definition short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube/Web) video assets. [1, 2, 3]

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years of professional video production and commercial photography experience.
- Elite Portfolio: A mandatory, robust showreel demonstrating exceptional lighting, flawless sound design, crisp pacing, and sharp framing.
- Audience Psychology: Proven track record of creating viral or high-engagement videos using retention-focused storytelling and immediate hooks.
- Technical Software: Mastery of industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop.
- Hardware Proficiency: Full technical competence with mirrorless/cinema cameras (Sony FX series, RED, Canon Cinema), advanced three-point lighting setups, and multi-channel audio capture.
- No Administrative Bloat: This position is 100% focused on high-quality visual execution, requiring zero long-form copywriting, blog management, or community management.
