Brand Manager Responsibilities:
Plan and Execute the Marketing Plan for achieving target sales (ofline, online,
website), slow movers, cross and upsell, customer engagement and brand imagery
Research customer, competition, market visits, interact with sales / training team for
insights
Analyze sales across channel, products, state etc. to understand gaps and
opportunities of the business. Past performance
Lead the execution of the marketing plan (ofline and online) and budget by briefing,
coordinating, executing and reviewing all related agencies and internal customers
Responsible for all brand communication, content and guidelines across all online or
ofline execution e.g. website, social media, marketplace, print advts, look & learn,
banners, catalogues, events etc. (also Abroad for Ikonic Pro)
Monitor spends and campaigns (social media, performance) for better yield and
target
Innovate communication and media for higher reach and engagement with TG
New product launch and plan
Training ppt and video for educators
Influencer and collaborators planning
Customer Experience:
Website, Packaging thank you, ecomm gifts, Bot, Merchandising at Events etc.
Sales Support:
Designing all sales support communication
Design and Planning product training
E-Commerce:
Interact with the ecomm team and or marketing team of marketplace to plan and
execute marketing activities and communication for various platforms
Brand presence across platform for better conversion by providing communication
and content for product and brand - images, banners, Infographics, descriptions,
banners, A+, brand store etc.
Design sale, consumer promos for higher and quality sale on brand website.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
