Job Summary
Grav Clothing (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, material receipt and issue, stock verification, and record maintenance. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment or manufacturing stores and possess strong organizational and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials, trims, accessories, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel and update inventory on a daily basis.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory to management.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and other store-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Merchandising, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Support audits by providing required inventory records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the garment, textile, or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
