Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and supervise shop floor manpower.
- Assist in production planning and scheduling.
- Prepare and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor and support machining processes.
- Coordinate and follow up on job work activities.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure product compliance.
- Maintain quality documentation and records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality.
Desired Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes.
- Understanding of quality inspection methods and quality documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
