Handling food and vegetable sorting, segregation, and dispatch operations. The role involves working closely with farmer-supplied goods and ensuring proper distribution to warehouses, dark stores, or retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive fruits and vegetables from farmers/suppliers
- Sort and segregate items based on quality, type, and requirement
- Perform grading and basic quality checks
- Packing, labeling, and preparing items for dispatch
- Coordinate dispatch to warehouse / dark store / retail stores
- Maintain stock records and daily reports
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in warehouse / mandi / food handling / supply chain
- Basic understanding of fruits & vegetables quality
- Ability to handle physical work and stock management
- Basic knowledge of Excel / record keeping preferred
- Team player with attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in agriculture supply chain / mandi operations / warehouse
