Core Responsibilities
- Patrol and Monitor: Conduct regular patrols of the premises (on foot or in a vehicle) to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure and check for suspicious activity. [1, 2]
- Access Control: Oversee entry and departure of employees, contractors, and visitors. Verify identification, issue guest passes, and deny entry to unauthorized individuals.
- Surveillance Operation: Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and building controls to identify irregularities or potential threats in real-time.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder to alarms, disturbances, medical emergencies, or fires. Contact local authorities (police, fire, or paramedics) when necessary.
- Incident Reporting: Document daily activities, irregularities, and security breaches by writing detailed reports and maintaining accurate logs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensing: Valid state-issued security guard license (e.g., Guard Card) or the ability to pass background checks to obtain one.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, as well as the ability to handle physical altercations or emergencies if required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to provide customer service, de-escalate conflicts, and write precise incident reports. [1]
- Certifications: First Aid and CPR certifications are highly preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
