Job Title: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive
Role Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic Sales Executive to drive revenue through
outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for pitching
services/products, handling objections, following up with leads, and closing sales while
maintaining high customer engagement standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to assigned leads daily
● Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
● Explain product/service offerings clearly and confidently
● Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
● Handle objections and negotiate effectively
● Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Update CRM regularly with accurate call and customer details
● Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding post-closure

Eligibility Criteria
● Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales
● Proven experience in a target-based sales role
● Graduation preferred (if applicable as per company policy)

● Follow-up adherence

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
