- Serve food to large groups in canteens, corporate sites, and events
- Assist in bulk meal distribution (breakfast, lunch, dinner service)
- Set up and manage food counters and buffet lines
- Ensure quick and smooth service during rush hours
- Carry and arrange food containers, trays, and utensils
- Refill food items, water, and service materials on time
- Maintain cleanliness of service area, dining hall, and counters
- Assist in loading/unloading catering materials (if required)
- Follow strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Support kitchen team in basic tasks during peak time
