Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize the hospital's website and web-based applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring website functionality, security, performance, and user experience while supporting digital initiatives and online patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the hospital website and web applications.
- Update website content, banners, forms, doctor profiles, services, and announcements regularly.
- Develop responsive and mobile-friendly web pages.
- Ensure website security, data protection, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
- Integrate third-party applications, payment gateways, appointment booking systems, and APIs as required.
- Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs promptly.
- Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and clinical departments for content updates and digital campaigns.
- Maintain website backups and disaster recovery protocols.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Web Development, Full Stack Development, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with PHP, Python, ASP.NET, or Node.js.
- Knowledge of React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and web security practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, or healthcare technology websites will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
