About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist with a strong fashion sensibility and proven experience in leading brand social media at a strategic level. This role requires someone who can plan 90 days ahead, anticipate brand needs, shape long-term content direction, and translate fashion narratives into high-performing social content.
You will own the social media strategy end-to-end and work closely with internal or outsourced graphic design teams to build a cohesive, elevated, and consistent brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 90-day social media strategy and planning aligned with brand, seasonal, and campaign goals
- Build and oversee monthly content calendars and posting schedules
- Drive content strategy for Instagram (primary), Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Define grid aesthetics, storytelling flow, and content formats
- Brief, guide, and collaborate with graphic designers to execute the visual direction
- Strategically grow engagement, reach, and follower base
- Track performance, analyse insights, and optimise content for growth
- Stay ahead of fashion, culture, and platform trends and integrate them into planning
Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of mandatory experience in social media strategy (fashion/lifestyle brands preferred)
- Strong fashion sensibility with an eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling
- Proven experience leading content planning and grid direction
- Ability to plan and execute content 90 days in advance
- Strong copywriting, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with creative teams and stakeholders
