Handle customer queries and provide timely resolution through calls, emails, and support systems
Support order management activities using ERP and order processing tools

Technical Skills
Understanding of business processes and systems - End to end lifecycle of Order Management
Strong data entry and proofreading skills
Knowledge of ERP system- Oracle or SAP
Quote to cash (Q2C) or Order to Cash (O2C)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
