About WOODOO
WOODOO is a growing skincare and personal care brand selling products through multiple e-commerce platforms and our own website. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage financial records, track sales across online platforms, and maintain proper accounting documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Financial Tracking
- Track and reconcile sales, payouts, and deductions from platforms such as:
- Amazon
- Flipkart
- Meesho
- WOODOO brand website
- Monitor commissions, shipping charges, refunds, and returns.
Sales & Payout Reconciliation
- Reconcile platform settlements with bank statements.
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Daily sales
- Marketplace fees
- Refunds and cancellations
- Logistics deductions
Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain company accounts using tools such as:
- Tally
- Zoho Books
- QuickBooks
- Record invoices, expenses, and purchase entries.
Bills, Receipts & Documentation
- Maintain records of:
- Vendor bills
- Purchase invoices
- Packaging and logistics expenses
- Office operational costs
- Organize financial documents for tax filing and audits.
Website Sales Tracking
- Monitor and reconcile direct website sales and payment gateway settlements.
- Ensure all online transactions are correctly recorded.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in e-commerce)
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with marketplace reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
