Job Summary
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for meeting customers in person, generating leads, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves traveling to client locations, building relationships, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers, shops, offices, or distributors in assigned areas
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collect customer feedback and market information
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates
- Coordinate with the sales team and manager
- Follow up on payments and order deliveries
- Attend promotional events and field campaigns
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in meeting new people
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Ability to travel locally
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Time management and target orientation
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior sales experience preferred but not always required
- Fresher candidates can also apply
Preferred Requirements
- Own bike and valid driving license
- Knowledge of local market areas
- Basic smartphone and reporting app usage
Salary Range (India)
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000+ per month
- Incentives and travel allowance may be included

- Field-based job with daily travel
