Experience: 4-10 Years in HR
Salary Range: 70k to 75k
Roles:
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for staff and shop-floor workforce.
- Develop workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Build a positive workplace culture across plant and office operations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
- Coordinate KPI setting and performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Drive accountability and performance-oriented culture.
- Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness and compliance completion.
Ensure compliance with:
- Factories Act
- PF & ESI
- Minimum Wages Act
- Gratuity Act
- Contract Labour Act
- POSH Compliance
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and policy implementation.
- Ensure statutory compliance across plant operations.
- Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
- Track headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment metrics.
- Provide actionable HR insights to leadership.
- Work closely with Plant Heads, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Provide HR guidance aligned with business goals.
- Support organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
- MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM (HR).
- Prior experience in Manufacturing (Mandatory), Infrastructure, Engineering, Industrial, or similar sectors.
