Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recovery Executive with at least 1 year of experience in collections or recovery. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and achieving monthly recovery targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to recover outstanding payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues to meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer payment issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving payment-related concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, recovery, or accounts receivable.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, fintech, or loan recovery.
- Familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Strong customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
