Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school guidelines.
Develop annual plans, lesson plans, and activity schedules.
Teach a variety of sports, games, athletics, yoga, fitness, and recreational activities.
Coach school teams for inter-house, inter-school, CBSE Cluster, district, state, and national competitions.
Organize and coordinate sports events, tournaments, Annual Sports Day, fitness programmes, and special sports initiatives.
Administer basic first aid and report accidents or injuries promptly.
Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, sports education practices, and emerging trends in physical education.
Sound knowledge of the CBSE Physical Education curriculum and assessment practices.
Educational Qualifications
Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) is preferred.
Qualifications must comply with CBSE and applicable State Government norms.
Ex-servicemen (Army, Navy, or Air Force) with relevant physical training, sports coaching, or instructional experience are encouraged to apply.
