Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Data Mining
● Research and identify target companies and decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) in
B2B digital transformation, social media, and tech sectors
● Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects using tools like LinkedIn Sales
Navigator, CRM systems, and industry databases
● Track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
Outreach & Lead Generation
● Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other
platforms
● Craft personalized, compelling messages that articulate Iffort's value proposition in B2B
digital transformation
● Initiate conversations with C-level executives and key stakeholders
● Qualify leads based on fit, need, and buying intent
Meeting Coordination & Support
● Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Business Head
● Prepare pre-meeting briefs with relevant prospect information and context
● Follow up on meeting outcomes and maintain continuity in communication
● Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth handoffs
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, responses, and pipeline progress in
CRM
● Provide regular updates on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and meeting
pipeline
● Track and report on outreach performance and optimize strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Experience & Background:
● 1–3 years in sales development, business development, or outreach roles (preferably in
B2B tech, SaaS, or digital agencies)
● Proven track record of conducting successful outreach and setting up meetings with
senior stakeholders
● Understanding of B2B digital transformation, social media marketing, or technology
solutions
Skills & Competencies:
● LinkedIn expertise: Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and social selling
techniques
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
engage CXOs
● Research & data mining: Strong ability to identify and qualify prospects using online
tools and databases
● Organization: Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
● Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email automation platforms, and productivity
tools
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
