Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment across various roles and levels Source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and other channels Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures Maintain recruitment data, reports, and documentation Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment Strong sourcing and networking abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
