We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage billing operations, invoicing, and basic accounting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing processes, GST documentation, and basic accounting entries.
Job Title: Billing Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices, bills, and payment documents.
- Create and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing as per GST regulations.
- Maintain billing records and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Pass basic journal entries and support day-to-day accounting work.
- Verify purchase/sales entries and reconcile billing data.
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure timely documentation and filing of invoices and bills.
- Handle customer/vendor billing queries when required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting
- Understanding of Journal Entries
- Experience in Billing & Invoice Preparation
- Knowledge of E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate in Commerce or related field
