Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Meet individual and team performance goals related to service quality and response time.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and processes to provide accurate support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
