About the Role
We are looking for motivated and communicative individuals to join our Debt Recovery team. As a Tele calling / Debt Recovery Executive, you will play a key role in helping customers manage their overdue payments through professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to delinquent customers in a professional manner.
- Follow up regularly with customers regarding overdue loan amounts and EMI payments.
- Process cash collections and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Handle tough situations calmly and professionally while maintaining company standards.
- Coordinate with the team to achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or below.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1+ month of tele-calling or BPO experience preferred.
- Fluency in Telegu & Oriya or Hindi in Mandatory.
- English language skills are not mandatory.
- Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is an additional Advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.
