*Job Summary*
DIMENSIONS is hiring a *Quantity Surveyor* to support our construction and interior projects. You will handle measurements, BOQ preparation, billing, and cost control to ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
*Key Responsibilities*
*1. BOQ & Estimation*
- Take site measurements and prepare accurate BOQ for civil, interior, and MEP works
- Work with designers to convert 2D/3D drawings into material and labor quantities
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis
*2. Billing & Documentation*
- Prepare client RA bills and milestone invoices
- Process vendor bills, compare with PO, and track payments
- Maintain project cost sheet: Budget vs Actual
- Prepare bar bending schedules, material statements
*3. Site & Procurement Support*
- Do site visits to verify work done vs billing
- Check material consumption and wastage on site
- Support Senior Project Coordinator in collecting vendor quotations
- Track material delivery and inventory
*4. Reporting*
- Submit weekly cost report to management
- Prepare variation statements for any extra work
- Maintain proper filing of all QS documents
*Requirements*
- *2-5 Years experience* as Quantity Surveyor in Construction/Interior projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, and measurement
- Ability to read 2D/3D drawings, AutoCAD preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word. Knowledge of estimation software is a plus
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
