Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide RMOs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.
- Monitor NABH-compliant clinical documentation and medico-legal records.
- Conduct clinical audits and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Track and report Quality Indicators as per NABH standards.
- Coordinate with TPAs, Insurance Companies, and Consultants for cashless approvals, query management, and claim settlements.
- Conduct induction and training for RMOs, Junior Consultants, and DNB students.
- Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination and policy implementation.
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily discharge planning and OT schedules.
Requirements
✔ Healthcare professional only (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS/MHA preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Medical Administration, Quality, or TPA Management
✔ Knowledge of NABH standards, clinical documentation, and hospital operations
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
