We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to help grow our international freight business across key global markets. In this role, you’ll work closely with overseas agents and internal teams to generate new business opportunities in air and ocean freight.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the single point of contact for 4–5 international markets
- Build and manage relationships with overseas partners/agents
- Reach out daily via calls, email, and messaging platforms to generate new business opportunities (import & export)
- Coordinate with the pricing team to quote competitive rates and convert enquiries
- Track and manage enquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions
- Share market insights and rate trends to support business growth
- Work closely with internal teams (Pricing, Customer Service, Operations) to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain daily activity reports (calls, enquiries, development progress)
- Contribute ideas and action plans to improve sales performance
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Graduate in BMS / International Trade / Import-Export / Business or related field
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to make daily outbound calls and build relationships
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
