Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline lead distribution, follow-ups, and sales reporting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the admissions/sales team by ensuring efficient lead management, appointment scheduling, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and assign digital leads to counsellors in a structured and timely manner.
- Ensure counsellors maintain accurate lead records, feedback updates, and follow-up status in Google Sheets.
- Manage and maintain centralized lead tracking sheets (strong proficiency in Google Sheets required).
- Schedule and confirm appointments for different branches.
- Monitor lead quality and maintain comprehensive data for:
- Walk-in/visitor leads
- Online portal leads
- Website inquiries
- Social media leads
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing calls through the organization’s central contact number.
- Support sales coordination for workshops, events, and seasonal programs.
- Track counsellor follow-ups, conversions, and overall performance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Managing Director (MD) covering:
- Lead quality analysis
- Conversion status
- Counsellor performance metrics
- Overall sales updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales coordination, admission coordination, or lead management preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and data management ability.
- Ability to handle multiple data sources efficiently and systematically.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
