About the role
As an AI Strategist , you will make an impact by shaping high-value AI use cases and transforming them into scalable, market-ready offerings that drive business growth . You will be a valued member of the AI Market Unit team and work collaboratively with sales, consulting, pre-sales, engineering, and business stakeholders to bridge business challenges with innovative AI solutions. In this role, you will:
Design and develop high-impact AI use cases and solution blueprints aligned to business and industry needs
Build compelling value propositions, ROI frameworks, and client-ready storytelling assets
Partner with clients and internal teams to drive early-stage discovery, ideation, and solution shaping
Create and scale reusable AI offerings, accelerators, and go-to-market assets
Support AI-led pursuits by articulating strategic value and enabling differentiated positioning Work model: In Office

16-18 years of experience in consulting, solution design, digital/AI strategy, or product/experience design
Proven ability to translate business problems into structured AI or digital solutions
Exposure to AI platforms, Generative AI toolchains, and industry-aligned use cases
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to business value
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration These will help you stand out
Strong skills in structured problem-solving and solution blueprinting
Ability to create compelling executive narratives and business storytelling
Experience working across sales, consulting, engineering, and product teams
Understanding of AI/ML concepts at a business and solution level
Experience building reusable offerings, playbooks, or go-to-market assets
