Senior Oracle Apps Technical Developer
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Apps Technical Developer with strong expertise in
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12) and Oracle technical development. The ideal candidate should
be capable of independently designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle EBS
technical solutions while working closely with clients, functional consultants, and business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, functional consultants, and business users to understand
business requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
- Develop and customize Oracle RICEW components:
- Reports using Oracle Reports / BI Publisher
- Interfaces (Inbound/Outbound) using PL/SQL, XML, APIs, and Web Services
- Conversions
- Extensions
- Custom Forms and Forms Personalization
- Oracle Workflows
- Develop, review, and optimize complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning:
- Identify bottlenecks
- Optimize joins, indexes, execution plans
- Use EXPLAIN PLAN, TKPROF, SQL Trace
- Improve long-running concurrent programs and reports
- Conduct impact analysis and recommend solutions.
- Handle data migration, bulk processing, and data correction.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support EBS upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
- Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment plans.
- Follow coding standards and mentor junior developers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8–12 years of Oracle Apps Technical experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.
- End-to-end RICEW development experience.
- Strong SQL/PLSQL optimization skills.
- Client-facing experience.
- Mentoring and code review experience.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
