About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, explaining suitable courses/programs, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.
- Understand students’ career goals, educational background, and requirements.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, benefits, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries and objections professionally.
- Convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students throughout the counselling process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, education counselling, or inside sales will be an advantage.
