Mélange Digital is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact digital campaigns across paid channels. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through data-backed strategies, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and scaling performance across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with paid media, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns to achieve performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI on ad spends
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Work closely with web and tech teams to improve landing page performance and tracking
- Implement and manage tracking tools (Google Analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, etc.)
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Identify new growth opportunities across channels and platforms
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
- Solid understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and user journey
- Basic understanding of landing pages and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience Required
- 2–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency preferred
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
- Experience handling multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
