Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Create, upload, and optimize product listings. Update product prices, inventory, and catalog regularly. Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and cancellations. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch. Handle customer queries and marketplace-related issues. Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports. Manage promotions, offers, and marketplace campaigns. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all e-commerce platforms. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho seller account management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and marketplace seller panels. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple online marketplaces efficiently.
