Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for Recruitment/Staffing and SEO/Digital Marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth across both service verticals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing Services
- Generate new business opportunities for permanent staffing, contract staffing, executive search, and recruitment solutions.
- Acquire hiring mandates from corporate clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment service agreements.
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
- Identify potential clients requiring SEO, website optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing services.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable SEO and digital marketing solutions.
- Present service proposals, pricing models, and ROI-driven strategies.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for successful project execution.
General Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Follow up on prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Lead generation and client acquisition expertise.
- Understanding of recruitment/staffing services and SEO/digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn and online business networking platforms.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management) preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
