Role Summary:
The Product Champion – Surety Insurance will support the central rollout and scale-up of Surety Insurance by working closely with partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth partner onboarding, faster quote-to-conversion, and timely issue resolution.
This role is ideal for young professionals (2 -5 years of experience) who want to build deep exposure to insurance products, partner management, and commercial operations, while actively contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner & Contractor Onboarding Support
- Support onboarding of brokers, partners, channels and contractors for Surety Insurance
- Coordinate documentation, system access and activation requirements
- Track pending onboarding cases and follow up with stakeholders to ensure closure
- Act as a central coordination point across locations
2. Sales & Quote Conversion Support
- Assist regional and local sales teams in:
- Quote processing
- Documentation checks
- Product clarifications (within defined guidelines)
- Track quotation pipeline and highlight:
- Delays
- Drop-offs
- Missing information
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to support conversion of quotes to policies
3. Issue Tracking & Resolution
- Log, track and follow up on:
- Partner queries
- System or process issues
- Policy issuance or endorsement delays
- Escalate issues to relevant internal teams and ensure ownership until closure
- Maintain a repository of common issues, FAQs and resolutions
4. Partner & Channel Coordination
- Act as a liaison between:
- Partners / brokers
- Contractors
- Internal product, underwriting, operations and tech teams
- Support partners in understanding product requirements, documentation, and workflow
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups
5. Product & Process Learning
- Build strong understanding of:
- Surety Bond basics
- Eligibility and credit assessment logic (high-level)
- Policy terms, extensions and endorsements
- Participate in product training, pilot launches and process updates
- Share on-ground feedback with product and business teams
6. MIS & Reporting Support
- Maintain trackers for:
- Partner onboarding status
- Active partners
- Quotes, conversions and pendency
- Prepare basic MIS dashboards and reports for internal reviews
- Support ad-hoc analysis required by product or business teams

Education & Experience - 2-5 Years
