Clinical Researcher
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Researcher to support clinical research activities within the hospital. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating research studies, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring protocol compliance, and coordinating with doctors, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support clinical research studies conducted within the hospital.
- Assist in patient screening, recruitment, enrolment, and follow-up as per study protocols.
- Coordinate with Principal Investigators, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.
- Maintain accurate patient and study-related records and documentation.
- Ensure research activities are conducted according to approved protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Assist with informed consent processes and maintain consent documentation.
- Collect, record, and verify clinical and research data accurately.
- Maintain Case Report Forms (CRFs), source documents, and study files.
- Monitor patient visits, investigations, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with laboratories, diagnostic departments, pharmacies, and other hospital departments involved in research activities.
- Support preparation for audits, monitoring visits, and Ethics Committee/IRB reviews.
- Report protocol deviations, adverse events, and other study-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient data privacy.
- Prepare regular study progress reports and assist with research-related presentations and reports.
- Perform any other research-related responsibilities assigned by the Principal Investigator or management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
- Certification/Diploma in Clinical Research will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2– 6 years of experience in clinical research, clinical trials, hospital research, or a related healthcare environment preferred.
- Relevant qualifications and strong knowledge of clinical research may also be considered.

- Knowledge of clinical research processes and GCP principles.
- Good documentation and data management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, patients, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,577.91 - ₹40,647.39 per month
