Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing event spaces, stage setups, exhibition booths, and themed décor concepts that align with client requirements and event objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts for events, weddings, corporate functions, exhibitions, and special occasions.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with the production, fabrication, and event execution teams.
- Select materials, furniture, décor elements, lighting, and color schemes.
- Conduct site visits and supervise design implementation during event setup.
- Ensure designs are executed within budget and timelines.
- Stay updated with current design and event industry trends.
Requirements
Experience : minimum 1 year
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong creativity, visualization, and space-planning skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in event design, exhibition design, wedding décor, or commercial interiors.
- Knowledge of event production materials and fabrication processes.
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills.
