Client Servicing Manager – Events & Activations

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the successful execution of events and activation projects. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and drive high levels of client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after project onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and ensure alignment with internal execution teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and reviews.
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate closely with operations, creative teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end execution of events, activations, and BTL campaigns.
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Track project progress and proactively address challenges.
Briefing & Internal Alignment
- Translate client briefs into clear and actionable plans for internal teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders have clarity on deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Budget & Commercial Management
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Track expenses and support profitability goals.
- Ensure commercial commitments are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Resolve client concerns and execution-related issues promptly.
- Gather client feedback to improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Contribute to long-term client retention and repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience
- Any Degree. MBA Preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Event Management, Advertising Agencies, Experiential Marketing, or BTL Activations.
- Proven experience in client servicing and project execution.
- Experience managing events, activations, promotions, and brand campaigns is preferred.
