About the Job:
As a Go to Market Lead, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving GTM strategies for TechUp Labs products. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, market research, positioning, content planning, lead generation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to identify ideal customer segments, build messaging, run growth experiments, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion across channels. This role is highly execution-driven and best suited for someone who understands SaaS growth, customer behavior, and how to turn product value into market demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for TechUp Labs products, including Feedspace, and upcoming SaaS tools.
- Identify target customer segments, buyer personas, industries, and use cases for each product.
- Create clear product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and campaign angles for different markets.
- Plan and run lead-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, cold email, communities, directories, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create content, ads, landing pages, case studies, product posts, and outreach material.
- Work with sales and outreach teams to improve prospecting lists, email messaging, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and product usage insights to improve GTM direction.
- Build and manage GTM dashboards to track leads, campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline movement, and key growth metrics.
- Coordinate with product and AI teams to translate product features into strong customer-facing benefits.
- Run experiments for pricing, positioning, messaging, audience targeting, and acquisition channels.
- Document GTM playbooks, campaign learnings, ICPs, outreach processes, and repeatable growth workflows.
- Continuously explore new growth channels, AI tools, automation systems, and market opportunities to improve GTM efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, business growth, and customer acquisition.
- Experience or strong interest in go-to-market strategy, sales, marketing, or growth roles.
- Ability to understand product features and convert them into clear business value.
- Strong research skills for identifying markets, industries, competitors, and potential customers.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, lead-generation tools, spreadsheets, dashboards, and AI tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Self-learner mindset — able to research, experiment, and improve independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, sales, growth, or product marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, lead generation, or CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, automation, content creation, and workflow optimization.
- Understanding of funnels, landing pages, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.
- Experience creating GTM plans, ICP documents, outreach sequences, or product positioning documents.
- Interest in AI, automation, SaaS growth, and data-driven decision-making.
