Role: Expat Maintenance & Production Manager
Location: Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 10 years' experience in Beverage, Bottled Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Juice, Dairy, or FMCG manufacturing
✅ At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing both Production & Maintenance
✅ Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, preventive maintenance, and production optimization
✅ Experience with SACMI, Well-Being, or KHS equipment is highly preferred
