Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operator industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimations, rate fixing, quotation preparation, and analyzing production costs. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimations for machining and manufacturing projects.
Handle rate fixing based on material, labor, machining, and production costs.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams for costing details.
Prepare quotations and support client pricing discussions.
Monitor cost variations and suggest cost-saving methods.
Maintain costing records and estimation reports.
Required Skills
Experience in cost estimation and rate fixing.
Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of raw material and production costing.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Strong analytical and calculation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or machine operator company.
Immediate joiners preferred.
