We are looking for a high-energy Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team and bridge the gap between our premium products and the hardworking professionals who need them.
The Role
As a Telemarketing Executive, you won't just be "making calls." You will be an advisor to our customers, helping them find equipment solutions—like our industrial-grade 6-foot ladders—that make their daily operations safer and more efficient. Your goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule demonstrations for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Cold call potential customers (farmers, orchard owners, and construction contractors) from provided leads to promote GroverzMart equipment.
- Lead Qualification: Identify the specific needs of the customer and determine if our product catalog aligns with their operational requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our inventory, including specifications, safety ratings, and pricing for items like ladders, tillers, and irrigation tools.
- Data Management: Accurately log all call activity, customer feedback, and follow-up appointments in our CRM system.
- Sales Support: Schedule high-quality appointments and product demos for the senior sales consultants.
- Relationship Building: Follow up with previous customers to introduce new arrivals or seasonal promotions.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–2 years in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within the agricultural, hardware, or industrial sectors.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport over the phone.
- Resilience: A "thick skin" and a positive attitude; the ability to handle rejection professionally and move on to the next lead.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge: A basic understanding of farming or construction equipment is a significant plus.
