Raised Lines Foundation (RLF) is a section 8 not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering visually impaired students through inclusive learning resources, tactile materials, and support systems. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Ensure proper upkeep and availability of resources
- Schedule meetings, appointments, & internal discussions
- Facilitate communication across departments, vendors, & external stakeholders
- Handle basic correspondence (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Maintain and organise files (both digital and physical)
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required
- Assist in data entry and maintaining records
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and operations
- Book travel and accommodation for team members
- Maintain travel records and post-travel documentation
- Prepare reimbursement sheets and manage invoices
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Diploma (any relevant field)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills for coordination with vendors & partner organizations
Salary
₹15,000 ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
