Key Responsibilities:
- Complete bakery production: artisan breads, cakes, pastries, desserts
- Handle daily production & bulk orders as per sales plan
- Maintain recipe standardization, quality & consistency
- New product development as per market trends & festivals
- Raw material inventory, ordering & expiry control
- Ensure hygiene, safety protocols & zero wastage
- Train bakery team on techniques, SOPs & quality checks
- Monitor shelf life and product display standards
